Today, it can be seen that society places barriers on challenged people’s participation, including both attitudes and practical. There is prejudice and ignorance surrounding autism and other mental spectrum persons. There are workplace practices, procedures, cultures, unwritten rules and communication forms which do not take into account people on the mental spectrum.
Attention to detail is often overlooked specifically in the workplace environment due to gearing toward social structures and norms.
This survey will gather data to help enhance awareness in settings through bringing an understanding into the workplace to help accommodate and maximise productivity effectiveness.
